About the house

Inside The Clubhouse

The Clubhouse sits on a large, tree-shaded lot in Escondido's East Valley. Inside, the shared spaces are open and bright: a beamed-ceiling living room with a fireplace, a dining table that seats the house, and a full kitchen residents keep clean together.

Outside is what residents mention most: a tennis court and basketball hoop, a big backyard and a view of the hills to the east. It's where house BBQs and holiday get-togethers happen, and where a lot of early-sobriety evenings get spent.

This is the home behind our Google listing, so most of the reviews on this site were written by Clubhouse residents and their families.

Reviews

What residents say about The Clubhouse

  • “Connor sets the bar for how to operate a well-structured sober living. The standards are clear, the expectations are consistent, and the accountability system is set up in a way that keeps his home(s) running smoothly and the residents supported. This particular property itself is a standout: PLENTY of parking, a central Escondido location, and an overall layout is CLEAN and cozy. The tennis court and east mountain view adds the ultimate wow factor after stepping out back. If you’re looking for a recovery residence, or sober living with structure…Get Clean San Diego has written the book. One last important note; he has many other options to choose from in North County as well. Thanks for paving the way Connor!”
