Get Clean San Diego (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects and how it's used.
Information you give us
Our forms are kept short on purpose. The contact form and the tour request form ask for your name, how you'd like to be contacted, your phone number or email, a general inquiry category (for example, “for a loved one”) and an optional message.
We don't ask for diagnoses, medications, substance use history or government ID numbers through this website. Please don't include them in a message; we'll talk privately by phone.
We use what you send only to respond to you, arrange a tour if you ask for one, and talk with you about our homes. We do not sell it or share it with advertisers.
How form submissions are handled
Submissions travel over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our server, where they're checked and then emailed to our team through our email service provider, Resend. This website does not store submissions in a database, save them in your browser or include them in any analytics.
Only the people who need to respond can see your message.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
This website does not use advertising pixels, analytics cookies, call tracking or session replay. Your browser stores one small, non-identifying setting so a decorative logo animation plays only once per visit.

Calls and text messages
When you send a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone or email about your request.
Text messages are separate and optional. We text you only if you check the text-message box, and you never need to agree to texts to get help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time. We don't use your number for marketing.
Your privacy choices
No sale or sharing for advertising. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Access, correction and deletion. You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you sent through this website by emailing getcleansandiego@gmail.com or calling (619) 709-9232.
Stopping contact. Tell us at any time that you'd like us to stop contacting you, or reply STOP to a text.
Children, changes and contact
Children. This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
